Meet Janine

First Hand Healing is proud to introduce our newest massage practitioner Janine Ryce. Janine is a nationally certified and state licensed massage therapist, as well as a certified therapist in Myofascial Trigger Point therapy.She has over 11 years of experience working in the field of therapeutic massage, pain management and rehabilitation.

Janine Ryce specializes in Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy. This specific therapy is part of the Orthopedic Massage that is offered here at First Hand Healing. Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy focuses on improving posture and range of motion, correcting asymmetries, and muscle imbalances. Muscle re-education and Self Care training are important components of the treatment. Self Care training endeavors to teach clients how to treat muscle spasticity and how to stretch properly.
